Customer Service / Account Rep Team Member:

Are you super organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many details to move our customer’s custom design projects from the idea stage to production? Are you energetic and with excellent communication skills who is inspired by providing excellent customer service? Looking to work normal business hours (not nights and weekends)? If so, we have the job opportunity for you! SWAG Northwest is immediately seeking an experienced Customer Service / Account Management Team Member to work with our clients to turn their design ideas and logos into custom imprinted apparel and promo products for their events. We are growing our team and looking for a professional that is extremely organized, able to multi-task, dependable, timely, adaptable, responsible and accountable with excellent technology skills.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are not an option, but necessary! Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience working efficiently in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment is required. Computer literacy is required with proficiency with Outlook, Excel and/or Word. Design software experience (AI or Coreldraw) and POS experience a plus. Experience in our industry – screenprinting or promo products – is also a plus. Inside Sales and/or Account Management experience a plus. We offer base salary with potential for profit sharing, medical benefits, retirement savings program and vacation time. This position is located in our Lake Oswego location.

Sales Support / Office Admin Team Member:

SWAG Northwest is immediately seeking an experienced Sales Support / Office Admin Team Member to work with Sales Team in turning our customer ideas and logos into custom imprinted apparel and promo products for their events. We are growing our company and are adding this essential role to our team. Must be extremely organized with the ability to keep track of many details at different stages of projects, able to multi-task in a busy environment, dependable, timely, adaptable, responsible and accountable with excellent technology skills.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to track and respond to simultaneous tasks and details simultaneously at all stages of the workflow process. Demonstrated excellent business writing and verbal communication skills required. Computer literacy is required with proficiency with Outlook, Excel and/or Word – a high level of Excel proficiency is a plus. Design software experience (AI or Coreldraw) and POS experience a plus. Experience in our industry – screenprinting or promo products – is also a plus. We offer base salary with retirement savings program and vacation time and growth potential into many areas of our business. This position is located in our SE Portland location and has some flexibility in hours from 30-40 hours/week.

  • Support Sales Team with moving projects thru various stages from order entry to production
  • Backup Sales team as needed with working directly with clients on their project needs
  • Workflow management of internal processes such as order fulfillment and purchasing
  • Communicate with both internal team and external vendors or clients on next steps
  • Respond and follow through on teammate and customer requests
  • Data documentation using our POS program

Embroidery Operator:

SWAG Northwest is immediately seeking experienced Embroidery Operator to work in our production team. Must be extremely organized, able to multi-task, dependable, timely, adaptable, responsible and accountable. Hours will be part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week) with future potential to increase as needed.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are not an option, but necessary! Embroidery machine experience is required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work quickly but efficiently to use multiple machines for production at once. Computer literacy is required to operate embroidery machines software and equipment. Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors. Good verbal communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions and compile short correspondence in English. Position is in warehouse environment which may have a med/high noise level. This position is located in our SE Portland location.

  • Receive work orders and apparel by following order management process to ensure everything is on track.
  • Maintain product quality by inspecting finished product.
  • Package finished garments in preparation for customer delivery.
  • Prepare embroidery machines by hooping, changing needles, and thread while securing attachments.
  • Adjust machine performance on material by observing machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust settings as appropriate.
  • Track and prepare supplies for upcoming orders.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance tasks.
